Windows 10/11 must be licensed! The system must be on a more up-to-date version. Xbox, Microsoft Store must be installed.

Downloading the necessary files

• Download Take Ownership, which is packed in the archive - download (1.8 mb) 
  File does not contain viruses, VirusTotal says so - link

Take Ownership - allows full access to system files and folders without entering safe mode.
